More than just accessories: Dimplex expands System C® with practical solutions for everyday project work
Anyone who implements large projects needs solutions that think for themselves. Because it is often the details that make the difference. Whether during transport, installation or secure placement on the roof – every simplification saves time, reduces risks and ensures a good feeling during implementation. This is exactly where Dimplex comes in with its new accessories for the System C® heat pump series. The powerful units for applications from 20 kW upwards are complemented by clever additions that make everyday practice noticeably easier.
The new mounting system for roof mounting with adjustable feet with large contact surface impresses with its sophisticated technology, ease of use and reliable protection of the building structure. Because the entire structure does not need to be bolted to the building, the roof membrane remains protected and the risk of leaks is reduced. An integrated anti-vibration mat minimises impact sound and increases comfort in the rooms below. The feet with large contact surface enable optimised load distribution and reduce point loads. They are adjustable up to an angle of inclination of 7° and adapt flexibly to different roof pitches. A ballast system attached under the frame provides additional stability in high wind loads. It is filled with standard paving slabs (not included in the scope of delivery).
The new floor console for outdoor heat pumps raises the unit and provides ventilation underneath. The installation height facilitates connection to the heating system and reduces the safety zone to just one metre. This simplifies installation and improves accessibility for maintenance.
And because installation begins with safe transport, Dimplex also offers the right accessories for this – namely a transport aid with four screwable and rotatable crane eyes. These are attached to the top of the unit, making transport by crane not only safe but also highly efficient. The ball-bearing eyelets are reusable and come with a functional transport bag – ideal for installation companies with a high volume of installations.
And that's just the beginning: additional accessory solutions are already available – and new, practical enhancements are in the pipeline to make System C® even more versatile and user-friendly.
