New service packages for System C
In addition to the Comfort and Premium packages, Dimplex offers new, comprehensive, individually bookable services for System C® that guarantee more security and convenience for system operation. With the Complete packages, Dimplex even pays your electricity costs* – for maximum cost security. If your heat pump is not repaired within three working days of contacting the Dimplex Service Team, we will cover the additional electricity costs for a second heat generator (e.g. electric heating rod) from day 4. A successful system check and an ongoing warranty are required to take out a service package. For digital maintenance, an online connection is mandatory.
