The Building Information Modelling (BIM) working method is an important basis for creating and managing information for a construction project. Dimplex provides BIM data for heat pumps in various graphic and planning formats via the Cadenas portal. The immediate availability of all current and relevant data simplifies the exchange of planning and enables the digital representation of a project from the planning and design to the construction and operation.

With the help of our heat pump configurator, you can easily find the right heat pump for your project. Based on a series of questions in just nine steps, the configurator will determine the right product for you from the Dimplex portfolio. It takes into account individual solutions for domestic hot water preparation and, based on your information, calculates the seasonal performance factor and optionally also the sound power level.

Our in-house project planning department means our experienced colleagues can support you with their knowledge and expertise. Once planning and installation have been successfully completed, our professional service team will commission the systems and, if required, carry out maintenance.
Our regional team of planning consultants is also available to assist you with project enquiries.

Controls and system Integration
To enable remote control of a heat pump and its integration into a higher-level building management system, the Dimplex Heat Pump Manager features a slot for a plug-in card that acts as an interface to energy management and smart home systems.

- Use of interfaces (API) to Netatmo and dynamic electricity tariffs, such as tibber and aWATTar, in conjunction with the paid Dimplex Home App Premium
Communication takes place via a standardised protocol with direct access to defined parameters.
This means that, for example, when connected to a building management system, the system’s operating states can be monitored and the heat pump’s behaviour can be influenced by directly setting parameters. This enables simple control via an energy management system, whilst responsibility for regulating the generator circuit – including the heat source and heat sink – remains with the heat pump manager.

Home stations – the perfect solution for modern heating and plumbing projects
Flexible and suitable for any application – Instead of a complex conversion to a central heating system, there is also a very uncomplicated solution. Thanks to their modular design, they can be individually configured for each application: as a pure fresh water station with or without a flow heater, as a home transfer station that handles both decentralised hygienic drinking water heating and heating circuit distribution, or as a fixed cabinet module that replaces a standard gas boiler.

Designed to meet the requirements of the EnEV (German Energy Saving Ordinance), which recommends controlled domestic ventilation for well-sealed building envelopes.
