The new System C® from Dimplex: heat pumps for large-scale projects – efficient and sustainable
Planning large-scale projects with ease, whether for new builds or renovations – that’s what Dimplex’s new System C® air-to-water heat pump range was developed for. The highly efficient monoblock units, which use the environmentally friendly refrigerant R290, are suitable for a building heating load of 30 to 60 kW, making them ideal for apartment blocks, small commercial premises or mixed-use properties. When several units are connected in parallel and intelligently controlled via the innovative Dimplex heat pump manager, a maximum total output of up to 500 kW can be achieved. This allows the heating, cooling and hot water requirements of even large properties or entire neighbourhoods to be met efficiently, reliably and sustainably.
Thanks to the natural refrigerant R290, the new System C® heat pumps are not only particularly environmentally friendly but also highly efficient – ideal for high flow temperatures (up to 70 °C), which are required, for example, in renovation projects with radiators. With a patented multi-stage safety concept featuring integrated system components, Dimplex ensures maximum safety – without any additional installation or maintenance effort.

But System C® not only enables easy installation, it also makes transport and installation easier: lifting eyes can be bolted onto the top of the unit; these are available as optional accessories. Thanks to a tunnel already integrated into the design, the heat pump – once the sheet metal cladding has been removed – can be accessed from below using a pallet truck or industrial vehicle, making it very easy to transport.
To meet a variety of building requirements, System C® is currently available in two output sizes: The LA2030CP heat pump model offers a heating output of ~19.6 kW, whilst the LA4060CP model delivers ~41.8 kW (at max. A-7/W35).
Both units are rated in energy efficiency class A+++ (at a flow temperature of 35°, on a scale from A+++ to D) and can be seamlessly integrated into existing smart home solutions.

Easy installation, reliable monitoring, flexible cascading
Thanks to its versatile interfaces, every System C® heat pump can be connected to a higher-level building management system, as it is designed from the outset to be scalable: up to 14 units can be connected in parallel and controlled easily and intelligently via the WPM Touch Master. Monitoring is conveniently carried out via the Dimplex Home App, which is free in the basic version and comes with advanced expert functions in the premium version.
With its compact build and high-quality industrial design, System C® blends discreetly into its surroundings – both visually and acoustically. Even at high heating output, Dimplex air-to-water heat pumps impress with their quiet, acoustically optimised operation. Power-controlled, coordinated components and a state-of-the-art EC axial fan ensure naturally quiet airflow.
